Should I Do P.E?

I think everyone should do PE because it benifets for their health. If people do not get enough exercise they will be weak and overweight in the future. People can fix this by exercising but the will be fatigue quicker. That's why we should have PE so we can be fit for life so long as they watch what they eat and at least exercise 30 minutes a day.
